Brooke and Michael were such a fun couple to work with! They had a beautiful September wedding at Zenith Vineyard here in Salem.

They were completely open to whatever design ideas I might have for their wedding stationery. Their few requests were to incorporate their jewel-tone wedding colors, and to incorporate some gold foiling into the invitation.

We first started with Save the Dates (pictured below). Brooke loved the idea of using an envelope liner to bring in the jewel tone florals that she loves, paired with a silver metallic envelope. We kept the design simple and organic with a leafy wreath embellishment and calligraphy inspired fonts.

We brought that same floral pattern into the invitation, but instead used it as a backer for just a subtle pop of it. For the invitation, we did gold foiling on a deep eggplant cardstock. Brooke loved the idea of adding a tag to the invitation, so we printed white ink on gold cardstock and attached to the invitation using a white and gold metallic twine.

We did table numbers for each of the beautiful table settings. Aren’t the flowers to die for??

There were also a few bar signs needed to note the wine and beer selections that were available

Thank you for sharing most of these wonderful threads. In addition, the best travel along with medical insurance approach can often relieve those concerns that come with journeying abroad. Some sort of medical emergency can quickly become very expensive and that’s sure to quickly impose a financial burden on the family finances. Putting in place the great travel insurance bundle prior to setting off is definitely worth the time and effort. ThanksReplyCancel

Last week I had the unique opportunity to host a calligraphy workshop at my studio office, and it was SO much fun! The incredibly talented designer and calligrapher, Katie Hoffman came to share some beginner’s tips and skills. Not only did I get to host, but I was able to participate in the workshop and couldn’t believe how much I learned in just 2 hours.

I feel beyond blessed that I have such a beautiful studio space that I was able to open up to others for the evening. I hope to host another one sometime in the future! By the way, if you need ANY sort of calligraphy done – I would highly recommend you contact Katie Hoffman Ink. She is the sweetest, most accommodating, and unbelievably talented person.

Also, a big thank you to Myriad Cake Design for the amazing cake truffles she provided to the evenings treats, and to Distinctive Designs by Denice for the gorgeous floral arrangements! You made the night even more fun and special =)

j'aime beaucoup les kumquats et l'idée de les ajouter a une crème m'est venue mais je ne l'ai pas fait; ta panna cotta est merveilleusement légère et parfumée.ReplyCancel
